President Barack Obama and NBA superstar Stephen Curry collaborated on a public service announcement entitled “The Mentorship” for My Brother’s Keeper. The initiative was started by the White House committee to serve under-privileged minorty men in at-risk communities. In the video, Steph Curry and President Obama trade talents with each other, and do things that any good mentor would do with their kid: work on science projects, learn how to write a resume, and just hang out and play games. The commercial aims to encourage successful males to mentor the youth of their community in effort to improve their social stature. The campaign slogan closes the PSA urging men to, “Make the time”.

Steph Curry and wife Aisha have a good rep with the White House, as Aisha is also an advocate of Michelle Obama‘s “Let’s Move” campaign geared towards healthy active lifestyles in children.
