Kanye West adds another stellar musician to his carefully curated G.O.O.D. Music roster. Always keeping an eye on the upcoming Chicago talent, Yeezus signed rapper/producer Holt (formerly known as “Hollywood Holt“) to his imprint this week. Holt announced his signing on Tuesday morning via Twitter and Instagram. Although we know Holt for his insane bars, his manager tells Billboard that Holt is not rapping on his new album at all. “It’s like if Joy Division, The Strokes and Dr. Dre made an album,” she said.

Rumors about a G.O.O.D. Music deal swirled last year when Holt was spotted on the stage alongside Kanye at last year’s SXSW festival. Pusha T also welcomed his new label-mate, sharing a promotional video of Holt‘s signing.
