Who is T’melle?

Atlanta, GA – T’melle, the new bad girl of R&B, released her mixtape The Interview, July 18th. The mixtape is available for digital download here and will be distributed throughout Atlanta.

The Interview, hosted by the incomparable DJ Scream and DJ X-Rated, reveals T’melle’s no-holds-barred version of soul infused with hip-hop. The lead single “Pill”, a sexy ballad that has had her fan base overdosing off her infectious style, gained her recognition as a highlight on Atlanta rapper Future’s mixtape Molly World 2.

T’melle hails from Philadelphia, a city known for fostering some of the greatest artists in the music industry. It was in Philly where her raw talent was discovered by Lisa “Left-Eye” Lopes of the top-selling female group TLC, who signed T’melle when she was 13. Her aspirations to sing were deferred by a tragic turn of events over ten years ago that left her fighting to walk, regaining the strength to perform, and the will to sing. Through sheer determination and her unconditional love of making music, T’melle persevered and she’s ready to share her story.

“The mixtape is called The Interview because it’s my introduction to the world,” T’melle says. “It’s a way for people to get to know me, where I came from and what I’ve been through.”

On her musical journey, T’melle has worked with Super Producers Tricky StewartStargateBryan Michael Cox and Rodney Jerkins. She’s toured with Usher and opened for Keyshia Cole2 ChainzLyfe JenningsCa$h Out and more. She interacts with over 75k twitter followers and has over 600k YouTube views.
