On our most recent DTS outing, my teammate CherrellyRell  & I stopped by Status Clothing Shop on South Street. The only woman to capture the heart of “the most feared man in hip hop,” awaited us. Stormey Ramdhan was in Philadelphia signing her debut novel “ My Life With The Knight: The Woman Behind The Most Feared Man In Hip Hop.” Stormey was there courtesy of SpkEzy Media and we are more than thankful for the heads up to attend this event, and to others that they’ve done in the city.

Although her book is about things that she and legendary Death Row Records CEO Suge Knight have been through in their relationship for the last twenty years, people still have questions about the legendary rapper 2Pac. Everyone has their thoughts & feelings on what might have happened, with most people speculating Suge’s alleged involvement with Tupac’s death. Stormey clears him and says in the book that she was fearful for both Suge & Pac that night. “Everyone has a good and bad side to them. But my book will explain a lot of things that people want to know” says Stormey.

The paperback books Stormey had on display at Status went for about $15.95, but you can also purchase on Amazon & Kindle. DJ Shorty Wop was in charge of the tunes for the evening, & you know I was impressed by her skills! Gotta support our fellow lady DJ’s. Oh, and we also ran into comedian Michael Blackson, too. Waddup homie!
