Wondaland Records, a new movement and recording label created by award-winning global superstar and visionary Janelle Monáe, has teamed with Epic Records, a division of Sony Music Entertainment, to announce the launch of a landmark joint venture partnership. Featuring an electrifying roster of artists — Jidenna, Roman GianArthur, Deep Cotton, and St. Beauty — the news of this partnership signals a seismic shift in music and culture that will be felt for years to come.

In the video for “Goin’ Nowhere,” St. Beauty seems to go all around the world in their hippie van, spreading weed, music, good vibes, and love in the air.

About St. Beauty:

Isis Valentino, a member of the Wondaland Arts Society and a former dancer & background singer for Janelle Monae, can be seen with St. Beauty lending her soothing vocals and delicate talents on guitar. Alex‘s lyrical melodies combined with Isis‘ chord progressions and her minimalist approach to guitar and bass create an overall soothing, yet haunting blend of soul, folk, rock, and tribal music to the sound spectrum. Songwriter Alex Belle played lead roles in musicals in high school, “Once On This Island” and “Speak, I’m Listening.” Alex brings honest and personal lyrics dealing with relationship issues, as her melodies are incredibly haunting.
