Last night, Macklemore performed his new anthemic single “Glorious” featuring Skylar Grey on the Tonight Show With Jimmy Fallon. The uplifting performance which featured Skylar on a white baby grand piano, a horn section and six-person choir earned the Seattle rapper a rare standing ovation from the Fallon audience.

“Glorious” was produced by longtime musical collaborator Josh “Budo” Karp with whom Macklemore has worked since 2005’s ‘The Language Of My World.’ Tyler Dopps contributed additional production.

Earlier this month, Macklemore caught up with Elliot Wilson and B.Dot on the Rap Radar podcast. During the in depth conversation they discussed Macklemore’s forthcoming solo album (his first in 12 years!), the opioid epidemic and his weekly address with President Barack Obama, being one of only two rappers with a Diamond-certified single and much more.
