Drake shocked fans last week by dropping a surprise mix tape via Soundcloud titled: If You’re Reading This It’s Too Late. The rapper posted it for free and then took it off Soundcloud and made it only available for download on Itunes but that didn’t stop fans. Drake currently has 14 songs in the Top 100 Billboard Charts for R&B/Hip Hop, 10 of those songs being from his newest project.

“Only” and “Truffle Butter” two songs which the rapper collaborated with Nicki Minaj ranked the highest on the charts at #4 and #6. Two of the rapper’s debut songs from If You’re Reading This It’s Too Late: “Energy” and “Preach” combined have sold over 90,000 digital downloads according to Nielsen Music. Drake set the record for most consecutive songs on the chart in 2013 when his album Nothing Was the Same was released, this week he has that record tied.
