“New year, new me!”

Drake is officially retiring the use of his single “Back to Back” that served as the infamous diss track aimed at Meek Mill in 2015.

During his New Year’s Eve show at Hakkasan Nightclub in Las Vegas, the Views rapper addressed the crowd with a message trimmed with turning over a new leaf before he played the song for the final time.

Drake says:

“If people do the most left-field, fucked-up shit to try and tear you down, you still gotta win no matter what. That’s the whole key about this shit. So I’mma do this song. It’s the last time I’m ever gonna do this song…When you win, please do it gracefully in 2017.”

We can’t say that any DJs, radios, or just people in general won’t continue to play the song, but it’s good to see that Drake is finally letting go…you can still check it out below though, since it’s still on the OVO Soundcloud page…
