Ciara is ready for primetime as she begins her new gig on NBC‘s “I Can Do That”! The show will be a crazy variety hour filled with celebrities doing every sort of unimaginable activity, unleashing skills that they never knew they had. “I Can Do That” is slated for six episodes to air on NBC this summer, and is rumored to be a mashup of similar shows like Wipeout and American Gladiator, and there’s plenty of room for the stars to do funny street pranks and interviews.

Marlon Wayans serves as the host, and each week, one celebrity will be crowned “Ultimate Entertainer”. Joining Ciara as a regular contestant are Nicole Scherzinger, Joe Jonas, “Dancing With the Stars” alum Cheryl Burke, comedian Jeff Dye, and actor Alan Ritchson.

“I Can Do That!” is a worldwide brand and already airs in more than 15 countries, including Italy, Brazil, Spain, Finland and Mexico.

“We’re excited to watch our all-star cast rise to the challenges ahead in such a fresh, new way,” said Paul Telegdy, NBC‘s president of alternative programming. “Our viewers are going to fall in love with how these natural born entertainers push themselves outside of their comfort zones to put on a spectacular show every week.”
